1. Services Provided
Sparky’s Pet Waste Solutions offers:
- Recurring pet waste removal services
- Optional add‑on services (when available)
- Customer support and scheduling assistance
All services are performed at the customer’s property as scheduled.
2. Subscription & Billing Structure
Recurring Monthly Subscription
Our service operates on a monthly subscription model.
- You are billed once per month.
- Billing covers the number of cleanups scheduled for that month.
- The price displayed on our website is the per‑cleanup price, not the monthly total.
No Contract
- Our service is contract‑free.
- You may cancel at any time (see Section 7).
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed automatically through our third‑party payment provider.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
- Failed payments may result in paused service until resolved.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:
- Provide access to the yard or service area
- Ensure pets are secured during service
- Maintain safe conditions (e.g., no aggressive animals, hazardous materials, or blocked access)
- Notify us of gate codes, locked areas, or changes to property access
If we cannot access the property, the visit may be marked as completed and billed accordingly.
4. Service Scheduling & Missed Visits
Regular Service Days
You will be assigned a recurring service day based on your location.
Weather & Conditions
We may reschedule service due to:
- Severe weather
- Unsafe yard conditions
- Holidays
- Operational delays
We will notify you of any changes.
Customer‑Caused Missed Visits
If we cannot perform service due to:
- Locked gates
- Loose or aggressive pets
- Blocked access
- Incorrect or missing access information
The visit may still be billed at the standard per‑cleanup rate.
5. Pricing & Changes
Per‑Cleanup Pricing
All prices shown on our website represent the price per cleanup, not the monthly total.
Price Adjustments
We may update pricing due to:
- Fuel costs
- Labor changes
- Service area adjustments
- Seasonal demand
You will be notified before any price change takes effect.
6. Refunds & Credits
We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed cleanups
- Missed visits caused by customer access issues
- Partial months after cancellation
Credits may be issued at our discretion for service errors or missed visits caused by us.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
Important Notes
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds are issued for unused service days.
- You may restart service at any time, subject to availability.
8. Communications
By subscribing, you agree to receive:
- Service reminders
- Scheduling updates
- Email and SMS/text notifications
- Account or billing alerts
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time, but essential service communications may still be required.
9. Liability & Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by unsafe yard conditions
- Injuries caused by customer pets
- Issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer
- Pre‑existing yard conditions (holes, damage, waste buildup, etc.)
We will always perform services with reasonable care and professionalism.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:
- Payment fails repeatedly
- Unsafe conditions exist
- Customer behavior is abusive or threatening
- Access issues persist
We will notify you before termination when possible.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted on our website with a revised date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
